In your first class, you’ll be introduced to the core principles of Pilates, including proper breathing, alignment, and the foundational exercises. Expect a welcoming environment and an instructor who will help you with posture and technique.

Pilates offers numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and buttocks. It also enhances muscular control, balances musculature, supports correct posture, and improves mental focus.

For best results, it’s recommended to practice Pilates 2-3 times per week. However, even once a week can offer benefits. Consistency is key, so choose a frequency that fits into your schedule and stick with it.

Our classes typically last 45 to 60 minutes. We find this is the perfect length to ensure a comprehensive workout without overdoing it.
